Rev2 stuck in startup loop

Rev2 stuck in startup loop

Everything has been working fine for months. Started it up today and it won't complete it's startup cycle. I get the REV 2 16 Voice logo, then it blinks, then a few red lights on the panel, and then this cycle repeats ad infinitum.

Any ideas?
