Prophet 10 rev 4 Tuning stuck

I tried tuning my Prophet 10 as instructed by the Sequential User's Manual but tuning freezes and does not complete.  I've tried Resetting Globals and Resetting the Calibration table but no luck.  Anyone experience a similar issue?

Here the same problem. Received my brand new Prophet 10 Keyboard today. Package and synth seems fine - no obvious damage from transport. Tuning is stuck at 0A4 after starting the procedure for some seconds. Followed the description for troubleshooting on Sequentials website - no luck. Installed the current Main 2.0.4 and Panel OS 1.1.3. Contacted the support, hopefully they can help and I don't have to send it back to the dealer...

Have you resolved the tuning issues and if so, how?

I had the same issue, nearly 2 years after buying it. After warming up for some time it gets stuck in around 0A6, sometimes a bit further. Had a lot of back and forth with support and troubleshooting.. it would require sending it in for a repair (likely the voice card). Haven't gotten around to it yet, but I've documented about six cases online of the exact same problem

Just to give you a short feedback, I had a good communication with the Sequential support talking me through reseating the voice expansion card. But no luck, failure remained. So I returned my brand new unit and got a new one from my dealer in exchange.
