Sequencer issue Prophet 08

Hi everybody! Someone with similar issue in Prophet 08 sequencer mode? Sometimes I can't choose "rest" option turning knobs, "reset" is the last one when I turn 100% right. Generally it happens in seq track 2, 3 and 4 but not in seq1. I tried to reset Global parameters and changing programs but it didn't fix the problem. Really really weird..  Thanks in advance!!

This normal behaviour. "Rest" prevents envelopes to be triggered, can only be inserted in sequence 1 and is valid for all 4 sequences, if inserted there.
See (RFTM) P08 manual page 26 and 27.
