If you could have  only one either the Prophet5 or the Trigon which would you choose and why?
Thier the same price but have feature sets that are different. Thanks

Prophet 5 all day long. Raw tone. Nothing I've heard out of the Trigon says insta-buy like the P5 does.

Yeah the Trigon sounds good, but I dont think its in the same league as the P5. It has more modulation possibilities, an arp / seq + fx, but it just doesnt have the X factor.

The prophet 5 is definitely considered to be in the top ten synths of all time.  It became an archetype for synths. Groundbreaking and innovative for its time, it’s still sought after even today.

I would lo e to have them booth. But the reference of a poly to me is the P5 and OB-X so that is my choise.
