oscillator frequency c2

hello..

i bought p6 a couple of weeks ago and i love it.

just a quick question,

whenever i tune the frequency of osc1 to C2 it always shows a edited "." beside EG C.2

why is it doing this and how can it be fixed?

i looked in the manual under globals and i also recalibrated the oscillators.

On the P6 the dot actually signifies the saved or default value. C2 is the default note value for oscillator 1.

It was a feature added in one of the more recent firmware updates, which is why it might not be in the manual.

In short, it's nothing to be concerned about and you don't need to recalibrate.
