There's not really enough information here to diagnose your problem. What steps are you following? Are you sending a system exclusive file via MIDI? Is it a single-patch file?

One common issue with system exclusive from a PC is that it's going too fast for the Pro 3 to recognize it. You should be able to slow it down to maybe 80% in your MIDI librarian.

Run MIDI-OX.
From the Options menu, choose “Configure Buffers.”
Set the Low Level Output Buffers “Num” and “Size” to 1024.
Click OK to close the window and save the settings.
From the Options menu, choose “MIDI Devices.”
In the lower left quadrant of the window, select the MIDI port to which the instrument is connected. If connected via USB, choose “Pro 3” (or “USB Audio Device” under Windows XP). If connected via MIDI, choose the MIDI interface. The selected MIDI port appears in the Port Mappings window.
Click OK to close the window and save the settings.
From the View menu, choose “SysEx.”
From the Command Window menu, choose “Load File.” Browse to and open the Pro 3 OS update file.
From the Command Window menu, choose “Send SysEx

Once I am there, cannot see the patch and try it on Pro 3!

Sending only one patch at a time!

If it's a single patch you're sending via sysex, to the Pro 3, it should be 4693 bytes if it's intended to load to the temporary patch edit buffer, or 4695 bytes if it has a specific bank/patch number slot designation.   What is the byte size of the file you are sending?

You can also tell from the fourth hex byte what kind of file it is:

Temporary Edit Buffer Destination:
F0 01 31 03 ... Patch Data ... F7

Bank and Patch Specified:
F0 01 31 02 BB PP ... Patch Data ... F7

BB = 00-07  (banks 1-8)
PP = 00-7F  (patch 1-128)

On the PresetPatch website there's some logic that can auto convert between the edit buffer or specific bank/patch numbers... if you're sending direct to your instrument.   You just need a WebMidi compatible browser (Chrome, Opera, Edge), and to connect to you Pro 3 via usb/midi.

For example, here's a patch I uploaded in Edit Buffer format, but it can be switched to go directly to any given BB/PP or stay as a temp buffer send.

I encourage users to save the Edit Buffer for individual patches.
