Patchup - a patch management application for the Rev 2

Patchup - a patch management application for the Rev 2

Hello everyone. I've always found saving and finding patches to be a pain. There's limited space and no good way to organize different versions of a patch. If I forget to write down the bank and program number of a patch I end up starting at a stamp-sized screen while I sift through my synths' programs. This isn't a new or unusual problem. There are some patch management applications out there, but they usually focus on either general SysEx communication or are an editor.

So I wrote a Windows desktop application that saves and loads the patches for me. I named it Patchup. It differs from apps like codeKnobs and SysEx Librarian as it is not an editor. It's simply an interface for saving and loading patches into custom folders.

It's free, and all your data is saved locally so no need for a user account or an internet connection. You can save patches into custom folders and load them with a single press. You can rename them, add notes, and edit the SysEx directly. You can even sort and search through all of your folders and patches.

It's especially useful for the Rev 2 & Prophet X. There is single-press functionality to request program dumps or program edit buffer dumps. Responses get saved to the currently selected folder.

It'd be wonderful if you can try it out. It would be mildly heroic if you can provide feedback. Thank you.
