Fixed and Locked: New Beta Main OS 1.0.0.13 - Sustain still misbehaving

Just tried out the sustain pedal fix in 1.0.0.13 for note releases. It's no longer releasing held notes...

But it still isn't working as expected. I can't pin down exactly what's happening though. Basically, playing a chord with sustain, then releasing then pressing the pedal again while changing to a new chord doesn't allow the new chord to ring out the same way it did in 1.0.0.0.

It's almost like the pedal is delayed. Or that the envelopes aren't being triggered on voices that need to be stolen for the second chord.

In other words, I can't play chord progressions like I can on 1.0.0.0.

I just tried that and it doesn't help.

After playing with it a bit more, here are replication steps:

1. Init patch
2. Play and hold 5 notes (C, G, C, G, C works easily enough)
3. Press sustain pedal
4. Release 5 keys. All 5 will continue playing (sustained)
5. Press and hold 5 different notes (e.g. D, A, D, A, D). All 5 new notes will sound.
6. Release sustain. All held notes stop sounding despite the keys being held down.

That's a regression bug. Held notes should continue playing after the sustain pedal is released.

The previous fix helped a little, but this is still broken in 1.0.0.13. (I assume it hasn't been fixed yet in 1.0.0.14 either, but I'll test that in a few minutes)

Note that this is specific to when the footswitch global is not set to "sustain" mode.

Actually, it's related to number of notes held in sustain.  I'll open the issue back up and add further details.

These issues have been resolved in the latest OS version.
