MIDI Control Cutoff

Hello, maybe I'm overlooking something🤔, but is there a chart of the MIDI CCs for controlling the Prophet 10 via daw?

Problem is, when I just record the knob movement into Logic, it records all kinds of Data. But I guess, it should be possible just to choose the right LSB/MSB in the Daw and send it to the synth to do filter sweeps and that stuff?
