latch button and touch-pad malfunction

I have a problem with my latch-button.
The red light is constantly on.
The lights of the touch patch are also all on.

The touch patch does not respond to the latch button.
I can't turn it on or off.

When I press the latch button, the sound changes to a basic program.

I pressed the button a hundred times,
I installed the latest OS
It did not resolve the problem.
