How are these painted?

Curious about how these are painted and how durable they will be. The paint job on mine is excellent, minus one spot on my keyboard section that has a piece of dust under it.

Will that ever lift up, or is it just permanent character of my synth?

Well, I can answer this: it's not very durable. Very light use in my studio and I already have two scratches, plus one defect like yours.

I'm planning to paint match the grey, apply some touch-up, and then clear-coat the panel before too long. If I find a good match for the colour, I'll post it here.

What serial number do you have? Mine was 501 I believe.
