Synth goes silent when Osc 2 PW/Shape is decreased quickly

Hoping I can get some insight from anyone who might have experience.

I have a Prophet 08 SE, and when I reduced the PW/Shape quickly on Osc 2, the synth goes silent until I reset the unit. I have reinstalled both the Main and Voice OS, but the issue persists.

Any ideas? Thank you!
