Program Change Messages (Pro3 to DAW NOT vice versa);

PCM FROM my Logic TO the Pro3 works well, but changing the presets on the PRO3 itself (Knobs Program and Bank) doesn't change the Program and Banks in the inspector of Logic (but this works on my other external Hardware Synths).  So does the Pro3 send Program/bank change commands ?

Settings: NRPN, Local off, USB Connection, latest SW in Pro3, Logic 10.6.3, Catalina on MacOSX

PC change yes , sorry for this post it is clearly written in the manual (midi implementation)
