Pgm Up button is not reliable

Hi all, my Pgm Up button is not reliable, sometimes it skips 2 programs or doesn't change at all, not good for live work
Anyone else having issues with buttons ?

Mine works fine. No issues with any of the buttons or any other control. The encoders sometimes think I'm rotating them the opposite way when I'm turning them really fast but nothing otherwise.


Have you contacted DSI support? If not, do that. They are very helpful.
