Does anyone know what is the difference between the manual available for purchase as an accessory and the manual that comes with the Prophet 10? Thanks!
I doubt there's a difference. The one available for order is probably intended for replacement purposes for lost manuals or used purchases that didn't include a manual. I consider the printed manual more or less a memorabilia item - it can help with resale value, but for me it's irrelevant because I don't think I'd sell my P10.
The online .pdf versions of the manual sometimes get incremental revision updates, while I doubt this happens much with the printed version. For that reason, the better readability in dim light, the ease of textword searches, etc. I always reach for the .pdf when I want to look something up.
