Receive Bank change messages

In the Rev2 Module Manual, Appendix E/MIDI Messages, the charts list "Status", "Second", "Third".  Do these relate to MSB & LSB?   I'm specifically looking for the Rev2 to receive bank change messages.  My Nektar controller says it sends 6 digits, 3 MSB + 3 LSB.

I don't know the Nektar but here's an image of what gets recorded when changing banks on the Rev2. It shows the 6 controllers with their CC numbers as well as the values that are being sent. The Rev2 globals are set to transmit and receive NRPNs in this image.
