Not playing all notes

Infuriating situation which has caused my production to grind to a halt!

My prophet 08 module is no longer playing all the midi notes it receives. Whether this is direct midi or via usb. I have tried all that is suggested in the troubleshooting guide, changed midi channels, reinstalled midi drivers and nothing is sorting this out for me. It was working fine previously.

If anyone has any ideas I would much appreciate them, thanks.

Its Monday so extra caution is needed! Check (1) you are using the right outputs and (2) module is not set up for poly chain!
