Crackles when turning cutoff

Hey guys,

i want to record / automate a Bassline. midi is coming from my sequencer ( FL Studio).
When i turn the cutoff it brings me some crackles like digital crackles.
Can anyone help me with this?

Could it be that FL Studio is setup to echo any incoming MIDI input back to the Pro-3, then these things could happen. Does it only happen when you have selected the track that you want to record to? There should be a setting in FL Studio that enables/disables the echoing of MIDI information, like a MIDI trough option.
