Odd behavior of my Rev 2?

Greetings! I have an interesting situation.

Rev 2, 16 voice, using CodeKnobs editor in Logic, PT, Ableton.

Sometimes, if I select a patch manually by using the knobs on the unit itself, the patch sounds "incomplete", like I'm only getting half the sound. Then, if I select the same patch from using the CodeKnobs software, it's all there in it's complete analog glory.

For the life of me I can't figure out why this is happening. I've gone through all of the Global settings and everything is setup how it's supposed to be. Behavior is consistent in all three DAWs.

Any ideas?

Seriously, make sure you're not accidentally using the B Output jacks, rather than the Main/A Output jacks.  We've all done it.

I'll re-check. And thanks. I'd love it if it were just my stupidity.

Much to my delight, the unit is and was plugged into the Main Output A jacks. So at least I've got that going for me.
