Tempest Not Passing MIDI Clock/Transport as Slave

I am trying to sync Octatrack -> Tempest -> Mutable Yarns.

Yarns doesn't receive MIDI click or transport with Tempest in between.

Tempest as Master and Octatrack -> Yarns both work fine.

Is there any way to get this setup to all sync?

Use Slave Thru mode in Tempest System Settings
