Unusual Sysex Issue on 1.3.1

As soon as I press Record Many in my sysex program, I start getting messages before I press the write button to dump the USR programs.  This never happened before the 1.3.1 update. Also, when the 500 programs are complete, I have about 515 messages (not 500) and the manufacturer has changed from Sequential/DSI to Various.

Any ideas?  My Audio/Midi setup on my Mac using the Motu Midi Express is not connected to the P6 at all.

Found the problem, my Sysex Librarian was getting midi messages from the Midi Express XT.  When I turned that off, the sysex dump was exactly 500 messages.
