Prophet 6 low output after switching arpeggiator on

Hi everyone, I've recently got a new prophet 6 which is great. However, when I switch on the arpeggiator mode the output drops massively, I can have it almost clipping and then once I switch the arp on it drops by easily over 25db. Is this normal or is there some setting I have wrong? This happens across multiple patches and the signal is absolutely fine when the arpeggiator is off. Thanks!!

That's not normal behavior, far as I can guess. Probably best to give Sequential support a buzz...
