MPE - no functions on Y-axis

I have a seaboard connented, Y-axis is CC74, but can't get the movements on the Y-axis to change any values (cutoff/pw).

The pitchbend on X-axis is working fine.

The new FW 1.7.4 is installed - can that cause this issue?

It worked before I updated my unit.

Where can I get the earlier FW-Version I had before?

Mine works ok after 1.7.4.  I'm using my LFE which sends modulations on CC74 and the synth responds fine.  Have you tried a globals reset?  It can sometimes fix strange things after a firmware update.

1.7.4 also fixes a bug where program changes were sent as aftertouch commands when in MPE mode.  Thanks Sequential
