Should I update 1.6.4 to 1.6.6 ? will I lose patches

Hi Everyone I'm new to the Forum. Thanks for having me. I've had the OB6 keyboard for a while and I love it. I noticed the current Firmware is at 1.6.6 and my synth is on 1.6.4. I am reluctant to go ahead and update as I don't want. to lose patches. I'd be grateful if anyone could advise me on a) the benefits of updating and b) whether I can keep my patches.

No, you shouldn’t lose any patches when updating the OS. At the same time, if you don’t have any backups of your patches, it would be silly not to make a quick backup first justo be safe.
