Prophet 12 Module No Sound Output

Hello,

All of a sudden I have no sound output from my Prophet 12 module.  The headphone out and the Main/A Outputs LR are not putting out any sound.  The inputs on my mixer are fine and I can see that midi is reaching the P12.  I'm not quite sure why this is happening as I haven't changed any settings, it hasn't been plugged in, phantom power has never been on on the channels associated with the P12.
