Prophet 5 vs prophet 5 desktop

Hi,
Is there any differences in sound between those two prophet 5 vs prophet 5 desktop?

I ask becouse for example many manofacture say "it's the same engine, but nothing say about A/D/A in/out... " or other things.

I was thinking about buying desktop 5 for studio, and prophet 6 for live...but i'm not sure if desktop version is the same sonic like the brother prophet 5 with key.

The Module version uses the exact same Main circuit board as the Keyboard version. The only differences are the control panel (different orientation and smaller buttons on the Module), the enclosure and the absence of a keyboard/wheels.
