New prophet... no sound on startup???

Hi all,

I recently acquired a Prophet 6 module from a London shop.
It was an ex display model and this is my first sequential.
Most of the time everything is fine but occasionally, when I switch it on, there is no sound!
If I press keys from my controller keyboard, nothing. And if I press play on the sequencer, no sequence starts.
When this occurred, switching it off and back on fixed the problem, but worrying nonetheless.
I have upgraded it to latest OS (but was doing same before the upgrade) and I have tried with 2 different controllers.
Has anyone had that issue before and is there anything obvious I should check or should I just open a support ticket?

try resetting the globals if you haven't already done that
