Hey,
I have developed a SysEx Librarian for Prophet 6 which runs in the Chrome browser.
You can reorder, rename and delete your sounds, preview them and upload them to the P6 again.
For the basic functionality it's free and you even don't have to register.

If your programs are super important consider to make a backup with an alternative software first.
The webapp is called F0F7, codename LASER Mammoth and works for Prophet 08 and PolyEvolver, too.

Backed up and renamed some of my P6 sounds with it. Works well.

Haven't had time to use the other features yet.

FYI, I was using Chrome under OSX El Capitan.
