Pro3 Panel OS 1.1.0.13 update does nothing -Solved

I have just updated my Main OS to 1.2.0.4 using MIDI ox in windows.
This was successful.
I then restarted the Pro3.
I then tried to send the Panel OS to the Pro3, but the Pro3 showed nothing on the display to indicate it was receiving any sysex and the Panel OS update was not completed.


Maybe there's a problem with my Panel OS sysex file?

So after closing MIDI Ox and restarting Pro3 a third time and checking global settings ( which were all correct) this time the panel update was received and completed successfully. Not sure why.
