from the research I've done about this synth, It looks like Sequential listened to the customers. it's like a P5 and a Rev 2 combined. The global and per voice LFOs or a request I specifically made for the Rev 2. To my ears the effects sound way better than those on the Rev 2, And it looks like there are more mod slots. I really like the fact that you can drive the filter a little, And you can get DX7 like tones using sinwaves and FM, Something impossible on most other analog synthesizers. there are some people on YouTube who say that the Take 5 is boring and disappointing, but it sure doesn't sound like it from the demos, and it sure doesn't look like it on paper. I may be looking at getting one of these in two or three months. The small keyboard doesn't bother me at all because I can control it from one of my other keyboards. The only question I have about it is the range of the oscillators. does anybody know what the range is? I've heard it's lower than other Sequential synths.
