OB-6 Audio drop out /silence

i have issue where my OB-6 drops auto but only when the effects are on,

I tried to play on it with effect on and after short time audio complete drops and go silence
if I turn off and on effect audio comes back,
it work perfect with effects turn off.

Anyone know what can be the issue, faulty effect module?
