Initialise one Layer only?

Initialise one Layer only?

Hi,

Is there a way to initialise one layer only?

When doing the initialise patch shortcut (Transpose Down + Hold), even with ‘Edit Layer B’ engaged, it seems to initialise both layers.

Had my PX for a few weeks and wondered the same.  Have needed to initialize just one layer a few times already.  What I really want is the ability to copy and paste layers between patches.  If that was implemented then you wouldn’t need to initialize one layer, could copy and paste to get what you need.

As a Workaround i think you can create a Init Patch ,,,Save it...and then replace one of the Layers in the Double Layer Patch for one Layer of the Saved Init Patch.

I’ll try that out.  Thanks.
