Switching beats

Can't seem to find a place to change this.  So, when in 16 beats mode, I want the Tempest to switch beats at the end of the beat, not as soon as I touch another beat pad.  Any help is appreciated thanks!

When in 16 beats mode and the "Pads" button is pressed, on the display in the upper left corner is BtQuant.
