Prophet 10 2 semitones too low

I've got my Prophet 10 two days ago and love it. Everything works and sounds great.

There is a strange problem: The P10 is in tune but 2 semitones too low.

I've tried everything described in the manual:

- pressing tune multiple times
- checked transpose in global parameters (which is set to "000")
- reset global parameters (hold down the record button and press global)
- reset calibration (hold down the record button and press tune)
- tested with P10 keyboard, a DAW and another keyboard
- tuned and calibrated again

For the moment I've set "+002" as global transpose as a work around.

Has anyone an idea?

Very strange ..... And annoying 
Does the pitch wheel work and does it stop in "center" position?
Does the A 440 Hz button produce a A 440 Hz tone?
( if anything else in signal chain transpose by accident ..... )

yes the pitch wheel works. It stops at center position.
I've calibrated the wheel according to the manual as well. I've tried different settings of the pitch wheel as well (up to an octave). Everything works. Only 2 semitones too low.....

Does squential monitor this forum? Maybe I've to write to their support.
