Editor problems

I had trouble with the support page at sound tower. My editor is not connecting, and when I use the program, these appear on my desktop.

Is this Windows or Mac? I'm using the Mopho x4 LE editor successfully on my older Intel MacBook which can still boot to Mojave (the LE editor won't work with newer OS). The Pro version wanted registration, so I found the old LE version (which does work for free, as it's supposed to).
