My pitch wheel not responding

Hi guys n gurls

My PitchWheel is not working. I can't figure out why, got to be something silly. 

I have tried setting it as source to pitch bend the ALL OSC Freqs etc... and nothing. I am able to stuff with the ModWheel, but nothing with PitchWheel.

Any help please!

A quick email to support sorted the issue out.

I needed to calibrate the wheels (mod/pitch) with a few button presses and it sorted the problem out.
