I'm not sure what you mean, but if you're looking for a way to see a parameter value without changing it, click the "Show" button next to the display. That essentially locks the program to changes while you poke around.

The sequencer has 16 tracks, with each of them having 4 phrases of 16 steps (or you can set it to be one extended 64 step sequence, or anywhere in between)

For tracks 1-3, they are reserved for note sequencing, but the remaining tracks can be routed to any other parameter in the mod matrix, allowing you to set per step parameter values.   You can also record in real time - If the sequencer is running, just hold down record and turn a knob, and you'll see a track will be auto assigned for that parameter, and the values of the knob will start recording based on your knob turns.

You can develop a lot of motion with the Pro3.

Sorry :/ - i mean conditional triggs like a note only being triggered 20% of the time etc... :)

No, unfortunately no conditional triggers...

My top feature request for new firmware has been (and still is) adding mod destinations for:
1. Seq Velocity Offset
2. Seq Duration Offset
3. Seq Ratcheting Offset

If we did get those mod destinations added, we could do something similar to conditional note triggers by routing a Random LFO to Seq Velocity Offset.... it wouldn't be exactly the same, but would offer some sort of similar functionality, based on scaling/offsetting base velocity values of certain steps.

If there was also a:
4. Seq Trigger Mod Destination

Then we could route a random LFO to it to determine trigger probability.  (ie: values of 0-63 = Step Triggers, 64-127 = Step Doesn't Trigger)
