LFO Division/Graduation

Hey Folks,
i scratch my head about how can i use the graduation 0-127 of a lfo
to pitch a oscillator via sawtoth exactly from (for example) c3 to c4 to create a shepard-tone-patch?

if i press keynote c2 and the lfo-sawtoth is starting pitch...which number of 0-127
let the lfo increase to a full octave ---> c3?

i need a lfo to pitch osc.1 via sawtoth exactly from c2-c3.
another lfo should pitch osc.2 from c3-c4.

so, ow can i handle this with the division-numbers from 0-127?

thanx and best wishes :)
