Intermittent "hang" of encoder
« on: September 29, 2020, 11:28:56 AM »
Very hard to replicate this as it only happens intermittently.  I will be using the cutoff  knob and occasionally as I am decreasing the cutoff at a moderate pace, the encoder will hang at around 500-600 and very quickly jump to 100 or 200 when I decrease rapidly.  It almost sounds like there's a momentary hang of frequency and then warping to the lower value.  has anyone seen this? is this just normal behavior?

No. But FYI its a potentiometer not an encoder. Id suggest reaching out to support.
