Question about pot curve on Rev 2

Hey guys, new rev 2 owner here! I'm loving the board. One thing I've noticed about mine is it seems a lot of the knobs will tend to have a huge initial jump for the first 20-30% of turning, and then it feels as though the last 70-80% doesn't have much affect on the parameter.

For example, when adjusting the rate/time for glide, having the knob all the way to the right gives the most glide. I feel like turning the knob 30% to the left gives me pretty close to no glide. Then it seems like the last 70% of turning to the left makes very little difference in amount of glide. It makes it very difficult to dial in precise increments if you're trying to get something within the 30% turn of massive change, if that makes any sense. Has anybody else noticed this? Is this normal?

I've also noticed this a lot when adjusting the amount for certain Modulations.
