Local Control "All Off" - Does this actually disable anyone's knobs?

Just curious if "All Off" only turns off the keys and wheels for anyone else (when set to "All Off" the cutoff knob, for instance, still changes the cutoff value).

I'm wondering if this is related to the ongoing MIDI bugs I'm experiencing with my PX or if it's an issue with every unit.

I have the same as you, all off still allows cutoff, oscillator pitch to work.
But I'm not using midi yet, so I don't know if I have the midi problem!
