Problem restoring factory patches.

Hi All, first post here.  Just got a Pro 3 yesterday and upgraded the OS successfully.... sort of.
All the presets were deleted.
I downloaded the factory presets from the support site and followed the instructions.  However I'm not sure they were for the correct product. The instructions referred to buttons I don't see on the pro 3.

Anyway, the restore failed.  The pro 3's screen flickered as the presets were coming to it.  Only the U1-U4 banks were in the file, no F banks.  Still the U banks did not really write.  There were no patches present.  When I turned the pro 3 off and on again the Old Saw patch came up but that's the only patch available.

Any suggestions?

Solved:  I got the instructions for the update in the update download.  Didn't notice I had to reset globals.  All is well.  Sorry for the noob post.

I have noticed that the readme text file that comes with the patches seems to be slightly wrong (looked like the one for the rev2 imho). But the instructions on the webpage were the correct ones.
