Where do midi Sys-Ex file dumps get stored on PC?

I’m not familiar with doing midi sys-ex file dumps.  Do they get stored in MyDocuments on a PC? 

I’m a little surprised that one can’t save the user banks to USB but whatever.

I have a PX and so I posted this in the wrong sub forum but I suspect my question applies to all Sequential synths.
