MIDI Start/Stop Sequence / Arp Disable

So this may be really obvious.  So if you have EXT MIDI clock obviously the ARP or Seq. does not start until the clock is received.

Disabling Sequences or ARPs on the other synths usually involves a button or click.  How do I do this on the PRO 3 - like I like the patch but don't want the ARP or SEQ pattern.

Global > MIDI > MIDI Clock > Slave, No S/S

That will allow the Pro 3 to be slaved to an external clock, but the Start/Stop commands won't engage the sequencer.
