Customize sequences on "Basic Program"?

Any way to customize the Global>Commands>Basic Program?
Frankly, it's not the synth config, where I see the necessity for initialization, but the sequence it spits out...I'd like to write some different sequences.

Yes please, at the very least init the sequencer for the init patch.
