Are we talking keyboard model here? Is there MIDI involved? Some information on the set up would help people diagnose.

Just to exclude the obvious: does it still happen if you remove the midi connection to your DAW?

It seems that I have the exact same problem: cutoff knob and lfo-amount knob no longer work properly, the reaction is extremely delayed, a smooth turn of the knob results in slow or unpredictable parameter changes.
I am not sure whether it is a software-based problem or the two knobs are physically damaged, as the corresponding parameters can still be controlled via the value knob.

I am using the latest firmware and have recalibrated the synth several times, no midi signals or expression pedals were involved.

Has anyone found a solution yet? A support ticket is probably the best idea ...

Pot Mode is relative. I am in contact with sequential but the recommendations for solving the problem have not worked so far. I will keep you up to date

I still havent fixed my issue either. They said I should take apart the chip and send to them to fix the knob issue. I just dread doing something like that. Is my unit going to be useless during the time it takes for them to repair it?

let me know if you figure out a different way to fix this..

I see that so far post #3 has been ignored, but I'm betting the issue is simply that when you have it attached to DAW, it is reflecting MIDI back too slowly, so your parameter changes (not just filter cutoff) are constantly being moved back from where Rev2 thinks they should be, making it appear that they are going back and forth to some degree. If so, this is not an issue with your Rev2, and you have to design your workflow to deal with this limitation of MIDI protocol.
