Printing the Prophet 6 manual

I like to have all of my software and hardware manuals in print form for reading. I'm trying to print the Prophet 6 manual but no matter what, it keeps coming out cut off on the right side. Also, it won't print double-sided.

Has anyone else run into this problem and found a fix for it?

I seem to have solved the problem ... sort of. The version of Adobe Reader that I am currently using (2020.006.20042) will *not* print this file properly. Other files, no problem.

The solution was to use another pdf reader, in this case Okular on my Linux box. Worked perfectly.
