Key not sounding

suddenly the first A of my P6 seems dead. It works from a midi keyboard .
Can I do something ?

Contact Sequential for instructions on cleaning a silent key.  It's very simple; I did it myself in about ten minutes.

Done, the answer was about reset, bla bla....it's not software issue, if I hard press it sounds....need to know how open and clean.

Just opened it , keyboard removed ( nightmare ) just blowing and it works. But : built quality very poor , keyboard is missing so many screws ( internal screws ) . Shame.

It was a matter of opening the panel, removing the one key, and gently cleaning a small oval-shaped rubber piece with a soft brush.
