Update failed. Just have a '6' in the display

I followed the instructions to the letter but it stalled the countdown at 1. I turned it off and on again (as instructed) and now I just have a '6' in the display. I have the desktop module.

I just tried sending the update again. It counted down fine but then I just get '6' in the display and that's it. I've submitted a ticket. Would appreciate any other advice. Thanks.

OK, now started in bootloader mode and sending the latest beta to it. Countdown is going. We'll see.....
