Sequencer question
« on: March 18, 2016, 07:11:44 AM »
I'm a bit confused in terms of the description of the Sequencer tracks? Is it possible you can assign each Oscillator to a different "track" and have multiple sequences going at once? So could I have a noise oriented percussive track and a bass track playing at once?

Yes, or I should say I got this to work somehow- with at least three oscillators.  Make sure you are not in paraphonic mode though, it wont work for this particular use.   You need to turn off notes in track one from what I recall.

Hmm it's just I can't find an examples of this at all and it's no where on the net. I wonder....

Can you transpose a sequence on the fly with one track but have the other track remain locked and not transposed?

To do multi track- this is how I did it:  Record sequence note in track 1.  Then you paste that to track two.  Then you re-record another track into track one and then paste that into track three, and so on.   Set each track to  a different osc.   It's a pain but that is one option.  Easy  entry of notes into tracks other than 1 is not possible (easy, meaning simply playing them in).  Rather, you need to hold a note and press track button at same time which is doable, but not easy.
